Hello! I’m Alexis, a former ICU nurse and tech consultant.
I started Lyons Art Studios with the intention of not only being able to pursue my dream of being an artist with my own studio, but also to have flexibility to support my service member. I’m immensely proud of my husband’s work and though there can be challenges some days with the military I still marvel at the things I get to do as a USAF spouse! Being able to share the work I get so much joy creating is something my 11 year old self would be geeking out about! My paintings are inspired by nature and travel and are infused with bright colors ( I have a small obsession with color!).
What’s your favorite thing about being a part of Spouse-ly?
Spouse-ly is not only a platform that allows people such as myself to put my work out into the world, but a community who shows up for each other whether we’re in person or virtual. In the few months I have been part of the Spouse-ly family I have had the best support and encouragement in getting my shop set up allowing me to make my first sales. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
