Kimberly is an Coach, Entrepreneur, Advocate, and survivor!  She has served alongside her military family as a Army veteran, Air Force wife, and federal employee for 27 years where she empowers and mentors young airmen and civilians.  She currently works as the Chief of Customer Support offering personnel services to veterans and military members from all branches of the US military.

Over the years Kimberly has combined her educational expertise and experience to encourage, motivate, and INSPIRE others.  She is a certified John Maxwell Coach, Speaker and Trainer.  She hold a Bachelors of Science in Social Psychology, from Park University and a Masters of Arts in Human Service with an Emphasis in Marriage and Family Counseling from Liberty University.

As the Founder and CEO of “She Inspires Change” she has created a platform to empower and inspire women to soar and stop walking in fear.  She is launching “She Heals and Grows Inside Out” to help women heal by removing the mask so they can fulfill their purpose.

She is also an autoimmune advocate and warrior; Multiple Myeloma cancer survivor.  After encountering illness, she launched Branche Basu Boutique natural bath and body care line.  She educates consumers on the use of toxic ingredients and how they affect the body.  She believes that self-care and wellness is essential for today’s well woman to be whole and walk into their purpose.

Hi, y’all! I’m Kimi, wife to a medically retired Army hero, and mother of three beautifully
talented kiddos. I am the Founder and CEO of Kimi Wilson Co and the creator of the
Love Your Journey Pamper Box based in Killeen, TX!

promoting other women of color creators.

I believe that as I rise, it is my responsibility and privilege to bring others along, as
others have done for me. There are so many talented small businesses that are BIPOC

MY STORY:

I’m Jeannine Brady – I’m a Navy wife with a decade-long career in fashion and retail management. I had my first baby in 2019 and I went on a wild goose chase for nursing apparel that felt like ME – clothes that fit my style and reflected my identity. But I could not find anything. Every brand looked like it made nursing apparel for the same stereotypical “mom,” and that “mom” was NOT me. I was looking for chic, fashionable styles that could make the transition between nursing and pumping seamless, and I just couldn’t find it. I tried to make my regular wardrobe work for this season of life, but it was a struggle, especially when attending events and going back to work after maternity leave. So, in 2020, right at the beginning of the pandemic, I decided to design my own nursing and pumping apparel! A lot changes when you become a mom, but WHO you are does not. What you wear is a reflection of who YOU are and how you want the world to see you – and there were not enough options out there that let women do this once they become moms! It felt like the fashion industry was telling us that, once you become a mom, you should dress a certain way and be a different person – and I needed my fellow breastfeeding moms to know that this was simply NOT true. So, despite having an infant, working a full-time job, being a military spouse, and navigating a global pandemic, I started Ailana J. Nursing + Pumping Apparel!
