Welcome. I’m Sarah Shiozawa. I am a certified Leadership Coach.

I began my professional career working in Washington, DC in management consulting.

I mentor leaders in any transition or stage of growth.

My client work includes partnering with large professional service firms including Deloitte Consulting, Booz Allen Hamilton & ICF International.

My graduate degree in Public Administration & Finance.

I spent my early career working in the Department of Homeland Security leading team projects for congressional and political initiatives.

The highlight of my public service career was my time in the U.S. Senate

More than 16 years later, my journey continues with a powerful set of core values and a determined vision of building a more resilient world.

I have combined my consulting, program management and leadership coaching skills to tailor a unique approach to navigating any difficult circumstance.

My expertise is working with mid level managers to build a diverse, inclusive, and empowering organization where everyone leads.
