Shipping Policy

Orders are processed 5-7 days after an order is placed. Orders are shipped each Thursday.  Any orders placed that day (Thursday) are automatically carried over to the next shipping day. 

Shipping fees are calculated at the time of checkout and are based on weight.  If expedited shipping is required, please reach out via email or the chat feature on our website PRIOR TO placing your order so we can try to accommodate.

Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on unused, unopened items. Used/opened products are only eligible for an replacement or store credit exchange in the first 7 days after receiving products.

Please note: All sales final on custom formulations; no returns/exchanges accepted.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the Order number to ensure the correct account is credited.

Send an email stating the reason for the return with images, if possible, to orders@zhibathandbody.com If accepted, a return shipping label will be sent, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior contact cannot be processed.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and some personal care goods (such as custom formulas, opened lotions, opened soaps, opened lip balms, etc).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges & Replacements
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted and a gift card is processed, you can place your order for a new product. For replacements, please return the defective item; a replacement will automatically be sent.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
