All products are wrapped nicely with ribbon and tissue paper before packaging in a display mailer box.

Shipping

All orders over $25 include free shipping using US Postal Service Priority Mail.
Faster options are available at an additional cost.

Damages

The Sew Loved Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We know the quality of it because we made it with our own hands, from cutting the fabric, to sewing it, to tying the ribbon around it.

You may return your non-personalized purchase if you are unhappy for any reason. We will even pay for the return postage.
For items personalized with embroidery, we will replace/refund for any quality issues such as product problems or misspelling for no charge and paid shipping.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in good condition.

Damages and issues
