Atlantic

In light pastels, a breathtaking view of the cool Atlantic Ocean painted with acrylic paint on a round stretched canvas. An easy flowing ombré of periwinkle at the top, moving softly into light yellow, into peachy orange and a soft pink. Purple and slightly grey clouds floating across the lower end of the sky. A waning gibbous moon blends into the sky above the clouds  in a celestial way. All overlooking a soft blue ocean, choppy and as if the wind were barreling in with the clouds. Waves crashing throughout, softly in the background, and harshly as they move forward and ultimately collapse onto rocks in the foreground of the view. Sketch like in appearance, this piece is simple and moving. Edged in black and sealed with Satin Gmavar.
