These are delicate, decorative, and not intended for children.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Client has 10 business days after item has shipped to report damages to product acquired during transit.

After providing verifiable photos of the damaged packaging and product, an exchange or refund may be in order.

Exchanges: Once the original damaged item is shipped back at the clients expense, and the item is received by seller, an exact exchange will be made with no added alterations. The client may keep the original mystery freebie sticker and can expect another one for the trouble of a rare damaged product during transit.

If the product is damaged due to misuse of the item ie: putting stickers through a hot dishwasher, there will be no return. These items are quality tested personally for standard use. They are not intended to be heavy dishwashing, tumble through the dryer or washer proof. If you have concerns on how to care for your product, please reach out.

All items are represented in product photos clearly upon purchasing, therefore refunds and exchanges will not be approved for simply not preferring the color as an example.
