** bronze is a high-quality Italian alloy of copper and tin that contains an anti-tarnish compound which delays, but does not eliminate, eventual oxidation. **

I love that this ring is adjustable so I can change up which finger I’d like to wear it on. It’s been a staple jewelry piece of mine since I bought it! Sweetellabella is one of my favorite vendors on Spousely!

I ship through USPS in Bubble mailers

-Most items in my shop are already pre-made so I will get Items shipped out within 24 hours of Order (that does not include weekends and holidays).

-The postal delays, failures, thefts, losses, or customs problems are uncontrollable by the seller, they are not the responsibility of the seller, thanks for your understanding.

- If something is damaged during transit, please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and include a photo of the problem item. Or if there has been a mistake on my part, please contact me as well, I will be more than happy to issue a resend, or refund.

- The color difference- I take pictures in natural light and try to get the best representation of the color. Sometimes color can be slightly different in real life versus a photograph.

-Size problem because the customer did not read the description carefully before ordering. (please pay attention while you are purchasing)

-Metal allergies- I work with a wide range of materials and have material descriptions with every listing.

- No returns If it has been longer than 30 days after delivery of the item.

-Item breaks due to wear or harsh treatment. No matter how well jewelry is made it can break if it is pulled hard enough.

-Some of my items may be one of a kind and there may not be more materials to make that item again

No returns on Earrings

I do not accept returns on earrings unless they arrive damaged. If they do arrive damaged please contact me within 24 hours of delivery with a picture of the damage.

Since Earrings go into the earlobe and can possibly come in contact with blood, I can't resell them for health reasons.
