Charcuterie / Serving Board

Items are covered by a one year limited warranty. This warranty coverage is applicable against manufacture defects. If a product is found defective we will either repair or replace the item on behalf of the customer.

Not covered under this warranty:

• Damage from intentional or accidental means, alteration or use for purposes other than it was intended
• Normal wear and tear
• Splitting, checking or cracking due to inadequate oiling of boards
• Damage due from putting into dish washer or prolong sitting in water
• Damage from exposing extreme heat, cold or open flame
• Warping or cracking due to storing in excessively damp or humid environment

Please note that in the event that warranty service is required, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs

Cancellation

Cancellation must be made before orders is ship, if not the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. For custom or personalized orders, cancellation is only available before item is manufactured.
