In-stock items that are ready to go will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom items will ship within 10 business days. Shipping is a flat $5 for your entire order from my store on paper products. Other items shipping rates are based on size/weight. All paper pieces are shipped in a plastic sleeve and rigid mailer. All packages come with a tracking number.

I accept returns (EXCEPT on personalized items) assuming the item is in it's original condition. You are responsible for the return shipping (must include a tracking number). I will refund your original payment method promptly once I have the returned item in hand.
