please reach out within 2 weeks of receipt. I accept returns (EXCEPT on
personalized items) assuming the item is in it's original condition. You are
responsible for the return shipping (must include a tracking number). I will
refund your original payment method promptly once I have the returned item in
hand.

If you need to cancel an order, please let me know within 24 hours of
purchase.

I do not offer exchanges.
