A&F Automations builds your system from the ground up, connects up to three of your accounts, and provides ongoing monthly support so you are not stuck troubleshooting or rebuilding things when life gets busy. This is meant to create consistency and keep your business visible and responsive without you carrying every step in your head.

Shipping Policy

A&F Automation provides digital services only. No physical products are shipped.

All services are delivered electronically through online platforms such as email, secure links, shared documents, or approved software systems. Any files, workflows, documentation, or automation setups will be provided digitally.

Delivery timelines depend on the scope of the project and will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins. Clients will receive updates during the setup or implementation process as needed.

Because A&F Automation provides digital services, there are no shipping fees, shipping carriers, or physical delivery times associated with any purchase.

Refund Policy

A&F Automation provides consulting, setup, and custom automation services. Because most services are custom and require time, planning, and implementation, refunds are limited.

All services are considered custom work once the project begins. This includes automation setup, system design, consulting sessions, workflow development, documentation, and any related digital deliverables.

Refunds are not provided for completed services or for work that has already been started. Once a project begins, the time and expertise involved in building systems and consulting cannot be reversed.

If a client chooses to cancel before any work has started, a refund may be issued at the discretion of A&F Automation.

For ongoing projects, if a client decides to stop work mid-project, the client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to that point.

Consulting sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If a session needs to be rescheduled, reasonable notice must be provided.

A&F Automation is committed to working with clients to resolve issues whenever possible. If there is a concern about a service provided, clients are encouraged to reach out so a solution can be discussed.
