Your satisfaction is important to us. Select pieces may be returned for online store credit or exchange. Items exchanged must be of equal or greater value and you agree to pay any difference between the two items.

Exchanges will be accepted within 30 days of confirmed delivery.  A complimentary, pre-paid shipping label will be provided for your exchanged items within the continental United States. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and will receive an online store credit upon receipt of returned items by Seaport Sweetheart Designs.

Items must be in the same condition in which they were received and must be in its original packaging and must include any and all product tags.

Custom, personalized, or special requests may not be exchanged or refunded for any reason and the buyer agrees to terms of such pieces upon the time of purchase.
