Custom Cross Stitch Family Ornament

Description

How to order your customized ornament:

1. Choose how many characters (people and pets) you would like on your ornament. These will be stitched from the shoulders up, unless full body option is chosen (available for 1 and 2 character ornaments). Small pets (guinea pigs, turtles, etc) or pet names/paw prints if you do not wish to pay for a full pet may be added at no additional cost. 

2. I will be in contact with you to discuss outfits, hairstyles, text, etc. It’s best to be prepared with photos so I make your family look as accurate as possible!

3. I will design your ornament and send you a mock-up of the pattern. This is where you will be able to make any changes or suggestions.

4. Once you have approved the pattern, I will begin stitching. 

5. Your ornament will be packaged and mailed, and you will be contacted with a tracking number.

6. The package arrives at your door!
