All of our items are embroidered directly onto the garment using a professional multi-needle embroidery machine. This allows us to provide each of our customers with the highest quality embroidery on the market.

Ordering Process:

1) Customer Purchases the item and customization requested. 

2) I will reach out after the purchase via message on Spouse-ly to inquire about what design you would like, the size, placement, and color. 

3) 2-3 Business days later I email you a digital mockup of your design on the bag.

4) If you approve the design I begin manufacturing. If the design needs to be adjusted I will do that and send you another mockup. (Usually in less than 24hrs)

5) Helmet bag is completed, and tracking information is sent to you.
