♡ Once your order is placed, I will reach out to you about the specifics of your illustration, which aircraft, photo recommendations, etc. To ensure optimal results, I suggest providing a clear and unedited photo with good lighting with no major body parts cropped out. If you don’t have a recent photo of the entire family together, you can send multiple images which I can merge to create the desired illustration. A high quality, front-facing image is preferred whenever possible. The family illustration is created in a minimal flat style, capturing your loved ones with simplicity and charm.

♡ I will select the most suitable color background for your illustration. However, if you have a specific color preference, please provide the corresponding hex number.

♡ The timeframe for completing illustrations is influenced by a few factors, such as the level of complexity, my workload, and the number of orders I have. As a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers, I kindly request a lead time of 7-10 business days. However, on average, it typically takes me 4-5 days to finish a piece.

♡ After the illustration is completed, it will be delivered to you through email in either png and PDF format, 300 DPI resolution.

♡  I do not use any photoshop filters or effects, every picture is hand drawn and is a high quality image. The artwork will not contain any watermarks and the colors of the artwork may look different on different devices due to differences in screen settings, color calibration and lighting conditions. Also, these are digital files; therefore, due to the nature of the order, there are no refunds.
