This listing includes the custom embroidery, fabric, the shirt, and the labor. You include your shirt size, your customization requests, and your projected event date in the notes section during checkout.

This listing is for a shirt where the shop is designing and embroidering your fabric and creating a one-of-a-kind “Party Shirt”.

Please note that custom designs take time to create and we can go through several iterations of a design before settling on a final design. Allow a week at minimum to create. Manufacturing takes another 2-3 weeks unless you choose to expedite the order.

My shirts are more expensive than other sellers because they are 100% custom no shirt I create will be the same, but I supply both the shirt, the fabric, the embroidery, and the design, and have 20+ years of experience with sewing.

Shipping Policy

Each Stitching Wings creation is made to order, designed, stitched, and finished with care from start to finish. Because of the custom nature of my work, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via UPS and you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stitching Wings is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once the package is in transit.

Because of this personalized nature, all sales are final and I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to me. If there’s ever an issue with your order: such as an error on my end, a defect, or your item arriving damaged please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
