Description

The process: 

Step 1: Purchase Listing

Step 2: We can message through Spouse-ly, email, or set a time for a Zoom call to discuss design elements such as colors, themes, airframes, etc.

Step 3: You will be emailed a draft version within 3-5 business days

Step4: Approval or Revisions (you can have as many revisions as you would like until we get the design perfect)

Step 5: Final image is emailed in Vector, PNG, and JPG forms. (If another form is needed please specify)

Step 6: Receive a discount code from me for items purchased using the design 🙂 

Terms of use:

These files are for LIMITED COMMERCIAL USE. No credit is needed for the use of these images but is always appreciated.

Terms of service:

-Under no circumstance may you alter, or modify the design. 

-You may use this image for unlimited personal or squadron use on finished products. 

-You may not resell the digital file. You must apply it to a physical product before selling. Example: Shirts, Mugs, Hats, etc.

-You may not share the design or transfer it to another company.

Shipping Policy

Each Stitching Wings creation is made to order, designed, stitched, and finished with care from start to finish. Because of the custom nature of my work, please allow 2–3 weeks for production before your order ships.

Once your order is complete, it will be shipped via UPS and you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most packages arrive within 3–5 business days once shipped.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. Stitching Wings is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses or carrier issues once the package is in transit.

If you ever have a question about your order’s status, feel free to reach out to me, I’m happy to help however I can.

Refund Policy

At Stitching Wings, every item is made with care, creativity, and attention to detail. Each product is custom-designed and handcrafted just for you, meaning no two pieces are ever exactly alike. Because of this personalized nature, all sales are final and I am unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been placed.

That said, your satisfaction means the world to me. If there’s ever an issue with your order: such as an error on my end, a defect, or your item arriving damaged please reach out within 7 days of delivery. I’ll be happy to work with you to make it right.
