♡ Celebrate the special bond between you and your pet with a modern and unique pet portrait. All pets are welcome!

♡ Once your order is placed, I will reach out to you about the specifics of your illustration, photo recommendations, etc. To ensure optimal results, I suggest providing  a clear and unedited photo with good lighting and no major body parts cropped out. Providing photos that are taken at eye level and show the pet’s face and neck clearly. In case of multiple pets, you can send me multiple images, and I can merge them to create the desired illustration.

♡ The background is white, but if you have a specific color preference, please provide the corresponding hex number.

♡ The timeframe for completing portraits is influenced by a few factors, such as the level of complexity, my workload, and the number of orders I have. As a stay-at-home mom of two toddlers, I kindly request a lead time of 3-5 business days. However, on average, it typically takes me 2-3 days to finish a piece.

♡ After the illustration is completed, it will be delivered to you through email in either png and/or PDF format, 300 DPI resolution.

♡ I do not use any photoshop filters or AI effects, every picture is hand drawn and is a high quality image. The artwork will not contain any watermarks and the colors of the artwork may look different on different devices due to differences in screen settings, color calibration and lighting conditions. Also, these are digital files; therefore, due to the nature of the order, there are no refunds.
