This is a digital portrait so you will receive a digital copy of your portrait when it has been completed.Â
Refund Policy
There are no refunds since it is a digital product, I am more than happy to do revisions on the piece if you are not satisfied with your portrait. I always send a watermarked copy as a sample for you to approve before you receive the official copy. Once the watermark copy is sent you can let me know if any changes are needed to the portrait.Â
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
No returns or exchanges because it is a digital portrait. If you need to cancel your order please let me know in advance that way I can make sure I haven't started your portrait yet.Â
