Description

Impress your guests with these wooden coasters that come in a variety of woods and designs.  Pieces can be custom engraved with your choice of design from patriotic designs (Distressed US flag pictured), unit patches, or your favorite airframe to name a few.  They can come as a single coaster for a going away gift or as a 2/4 pack.  Currently listed are pine, walnut, multi-wood (cherry, walnut, maple, purple heart & canary wood, leopard wood, cherry, purple heart, and maple)  but more woods will be posted in the near future.  Not sure what design you want, send me an inquiry and we can work something out.

****DISCLAIMER****

Due to grain pattern and other natural defects that occur in wood, some may appear to have deficiencies but this is perfectly normal as the stain follows these defects and gets absorbed differently.

Shipping Policy

Each individual item listing gives an estimated shipping time. Due to the custom nature of each order, some items can take 1-2 weeks to create and then ship. Items that I have on hand will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please consult each listing to see approximate shipping time. 

I will also try to recycle some shipping materials if I can to pad fragile items because I feel it’s important to reduce, reuse, and recycle where I can.  

Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping items for a return.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders as I will be in contact with you during the design and creation process to make sure you are happy with your custom item.

If an item is damaged in shipped by the shipping provider, please send me a message as soon as possible with pictures.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee. 

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have approved your design.

Non-custom items can be exchanged provide the item is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping in returns or exchanges.
