Edge Grain Cutting Board, Large 18″X12″X1.5″

Description

The edge grain, cutting board is 18″x12″x1.5″ and has a beveled edge for easy grip. The cutting board includes hardwood species (Cherry, Alder, Padauk and Purpleheart.
The soft maple gives the board a marbled effect, while the alder and padauk highlight the warmth of the natural hardwoods used in the cutting board. The hardwoods are very durable and if cared for properly this cutting board will be around for generations.

The cutting board was coated with food-safe mineral oil and coated with wax (bees wax and mineral oil). We will re-wax the cutting board just before it ships so you can have a ready-to-use cutting board when it arrives.

Materials used: Cherry, Alder, Padauk, and Purpleheart Hardwood, water-based wood glue, mineral oil, and bees wax (all are food-safe materials).

Cutting Board Dimensions: 18″ Length X 12″ Width X 1.5″ Height and approximately 6 lbs. weight.
