Entrepreneurs on Orders (EoO) is a vibrant community designed for Active Duty Service Members and Military Spouses across all branches of the U.S. military who are passionate about entrepreneurship. We understand the unique challenges of military life—frequent moves, deployments, and evolving responsibilities—and the added complexity of running your own business while serving our nation.

EoO is a space to Share | Impact | Thrive: share valuable business insights, make a meaningful impact by supporting fellow military entrepreneurs, and thrive through collaboration and resource-sharing. From business registration and marketing tips to strategic planning and scaling, our members exchange practical knowledge that empowers everyone to grow their businesses confidently.

Shipping Policy

1. General Information
Pattern + Purpose™ and Britt Skye Photography (collectively referred to as “the Seller”) do not personally handle or ship any physical products. All tangible products (such as photography prints, framed artwork, or other physical items) are produced, packaged, and shipped directly by third-party print or fulfillment partners. Coaching services and digital products are delivered electronically via email, video conferencing, or digital download.

2. Shipping Responsibility
Because fulfillment is managed by third-party providers, shipping times, methods, and costs may vary depending on the production partner and delivery location. The Seller is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or third-party fulfillment errors.

3. Order Issues and Returns
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will coordinate with the fulfillment partner to resolve the issue when possible. Coaching sessions and digital products are non-refundable once delivered or completed.

4. Limitation of Liability
The Seller shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping, delivery delays, or loss once the order has been transferred to the carrier or fulfillment provider. By purchasing from this shop, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.


Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through this shop—including coaching sessions, digital materials, and physical photography products—are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Coaching and Digital Services
Because coaching services and digital products involve time, preparation, and immediate access to intellectual property, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are offered once a booking or download has been confirmed.

3. Physical Products
All photography prints and physical products are made to order through third-party fulfillment partners. As such, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, color variation, or size preference. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order information. We will work with the fulfillment provider to issue a replacement when appropriate.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for errors, damages, or delays caused by shipping carriers, production partners, or other third parties. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the original order.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

1. Coaching Services
All coaching services provided through Pattern + Purpose™ require advance notice for cancellations or changes.

  • Program or Package Cancellations: A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a multi-session package or ongoing coaching agreement.

  • Individual Session Cancellations: A minimum of 48–72 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an individual coaching session.

  • Missed Appointments: Missed or unattended appointments without prior notice are considered forfeited and may not be rescheduled. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions.

These policies are in place to respect both the client’s and the coach’s time and to maintain consistency and accountability in the coaching process.

2. Physical Products (Photography Prints and Artwork)
All photography prints and physical products are made to order and fulfilled by third-party production partners. As such, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the Seller within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and order details. A replacement may be issued at the discretion of the Seller in coordination with the fulfillment partner.

3. Digital Downloads (Britt Skye Photography)
Smartphone wallpapers and other downloadable photography from Britt Skye Photography are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your file (such as corruption or failed download), please contact the Seller within 7 days of purchase, and a replacement file will be provided when possible.

4. Limitation of Liability
The Seller is not responsible for cancellations, delays, or product issues resulting from third-party platforms, carriers, or technical interruptions. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the original purchase.
