Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

Time needed to prepare an order for shipping 2-3 business days.

SHIPPING TIMES:

3-7 business days after your order has shipped. We normally like to get orders out in 1-3 business days if we can.

In the summer time I only ship Monday-Wednesday due to the heat, I wouldn’t want your lovely order to be sitting in a hot truck for days. If you place your order Wednesday after 12pm your order will be shipped out that following Monday!

Just know I am a one woman show! ☺️ I ask you all to be patient with me as I will do my best to ship your items out in a timely manner. Delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office Luxurious Ambience has no control over how long the package will take and arrive. Luxurious Ambience is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, and after our approval of the requested exchange we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed.
