Shipping:

Items are custom made so items will ship out in roughly 3-5 business days from when your order is placed.
Shipping can take anywhere between 3-10 days, but is out my control once I drop it off to USPS. If more than 15 days have passed since you received the shipping notification, please email me at michelle@shylamoon.com to review the status of your order. Every order includes tracking and insurance!

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 calendar days have gone by since your order was received by you, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange. This date will show in the tracking info through USPS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Additional non-returnable items: 

-Gift cards
-Custom made pieces (unless grossly misinterpreted according to website description).

To complete your return, I require a receipt or proof of purchase. If you are not the original purchaser, any monies owed will be returned in the form of a store credit to the original purchaser.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting me.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable.)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to my error. 
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a shop credit will automatically be applied to your account to use on my website: www.shylamoon.com

Exchanges
I only replace items if they are defective or damaged or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email at michelle@shylamoon.com and I will help get the problem remedied. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned using a trackable method.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return to use on www.shylamoon.com.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, I will send a refund to the original purchaser unless other arrangements have been previously made between Purchaser and Seller.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was an error on Shyla Moon's part. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. All items ship from my studio in Virginia Beach, VA.

If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item and it's nice to have tracking abilities for proof of sent packages.
