G.I. Jane is our way that we honor and recognize how proud we are of the women who serve and have served in the military. These Arabica beans also acknowledge the many women serve in different ways; law enforcement, teaching, hospitals, etc. Our beans for G.I. Jane come from a farming cohort in Peru that is owned and operated by 130 women. So it’s appropriate that their fair trade, 100% organic product are the beans used for G.I. Jane. Because these beans are very adaptable, you can brew them hot or cold just the way you like them.
