Shipping Policy

All our candles are handmade in our studio in Bremerton, WA, so please allow 3 – 5 days at the most to make your candle if we do not have it on hand.

We ship orders Monday – Friday.  Your box will contain ice pack(s) to keep your candle cool during transit. We ship via USPS Priority, so expect your order to be delivered within 1-2 weeks of placing an order. You will receive shipping confirmation as soon as it leaves our studio! Please note that USPS is experiencing delays with delivery. We are unable to guarantee any expedited shipping options at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience! 

Refund Policy

We have a 7 day refund/exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, Fair Winds Candle Company must receive proof of purchase and photographic proof of the damaged and/or defective item sent to us via email at [email protected]. We will notify you once we’ve received your documentation, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Again, a refund and/or exchange will only be approved for a physical item if the item received is proven to be damaged and/or defective.  

Gift cards are excluded from this policy and are not eligible for return and/or exchange and cannot be replaced if lost. Gift cards expire 1 year after purchase.
