Shipping Policy

At Branche Basu Boutique, our goal is to ship your purchase items to you as quick as possible and safely delivered! We also want to make sure that you get the best shipping rate.

PRIORITY MAILย We ship our items Priority Mail, preferably using Flat Rate Shipping to save you money. ย Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation via email with your tracking numbers so we can see when your shipment will arrive. When your shipment arrives we encourage you to inspect your order for accuracy.ย  ย 

FREE SHIPPINGย Periodically we may offer free shipping always look at the home page for a discount code in the announcement bar.

GROUND SHIPPINGย Normal ground delivery is 7-10 business days Monday-Friday, except federal U.S. holidays.ย  We do not recommend this option especially due to the nature of our products.ย 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE POLICYย We hope you enjoy your purchase! But if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason we will do our best to resolve the issue.ย  Unfortunately due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on handmade bath and body care products.ย  ย 

PRODUCT STORAGEย Many of our products tend to catch the attention of little bitty adults please store your bath and body care products away from children. We will not be held liable for any problems that may arise if you improperly store or use products not according to our instructions provided.ย 

Our products are labeled with ingredients and instructions on storing and for longer usage please follow these instructions.ย  We encourage you to store items in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight as these are made with natural ingredients.ย  If you find that you are allergic to an item please discontinue and seek your physician.ย  ย 

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we canโ€™t offer you a refund or exchange.ย ย 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate, sanitary good, gift cards and personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds:ย  If you havenโ€™t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.ย  Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged; if the size is incorrect.

Gifts:ย  If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, youโ€™ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasnโ€™t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.ย  If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donโ€™t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
