Shipping Policy
In stock products: Lo Bello Imports will ship your order within 7 business days of your order. We use the U.S. Postal Service. International shipping is unavailable at this time. We of course ship to APO/FPO addresses!
Preorder/Customizations from Italy: Preorders will be ordered for you from the family-run factory in Italy and can take up to 12 weeks pending U.S. Customs processing. Each product is made to order and hand painted by artisans so it does take a bit of time to complete and arrive to the U.S. For this reason, we aim to place bulk custom orders quarterly to save our customers on increased shipping costs. Once we receive your product we will notify you by email with a shipping confirmation.
Christmas Holiday: We recommend preordering by the end of July.
