Shipping Policy

Most items are made-to-order and will ship within 3-5 business days. Custom items require 14 business days from the time you place the order. Orders received after 5 p.m. Eastern will be processed the next business day.

Please ensure you provide the correct delivery address; we are not responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address.    

Refund Policy

Refunds are not available on custom or personalized items unless they arrive damaged or defective. In that case, please contact me and include a description of the damage and photos.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellations -- please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. 
Returns/Exchanges -- I do not accept returns on custom or personalized items unless there's been a mistake on my part.
For all other items, please notify me within 5 days of delivery and return the item(s) in its original condition (unworn, unwashed) within 14 days of delivery. Customer pays the shipping cost to return the item(s).
