Shipping Policy

Each individual item listing gives an estimated shipping time. Due to the custom nature of each order, some items can take 1-2 weeks to create and then ship. Items that I have on hand will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please consult each listing to see approximate shipping time. 

I will also try to recycle some shipping materials if I can to pad fragile items because I feel it’s important to reduce, reuse, and recycle where I can.

Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders as I will be in contact with you during the design and creation process to make sure you are happy with your custom item.

If an item is damaged in shipping by the shipping provider, please send me a message as soon as possible with pictures.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, I do not accept returns or exchanges. Should there be an issue with your product, please contact me and I will do my best to remedy the situation.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee. 

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have approved your design.
