Our take on the THIN LINE Campaign. In this collection we have six colors of lanyards representing, police, firefighters, dispatch, military, EMS/Rescue and corrections. The only color on these is lanyards is the single color silicone bead the rest of the lanyard is black from the cord to the lobster clasp, to the snap clasps.

Shipping Policy

Ready To Ship: All items designated as ready to ship items such as hairbows (excluding cheer bows), headbands, snap clips, key chains, necklaces, earrings, pens, and more. Alteration Services: Turnaround time for alteration services starts the day after we receive the item or items being altered. Alterations have a three week to six week turnaround time unless a rush fee was purchased ahead of Crooked Tail Co. receiving the item to be altered. Alteration Services with a paid rush fee turnaround time is under fifteen days for non-formal items, and under twenty days for formal or wedding items.

Shipping Fees: Anything over two pounds will be shipped via UPS (Big Brown Truck) as post pandemic prices for shipping products have changed significantly, and UPS is typically cheaper than the United States Postal Service. We make every attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible, however specific materials weigh a lot heavier than they look on a computer screen, especially items with sequins, rhinestones, or crystals.

Custom Orders Shipping: We do our best to estimate the final product's weight when invoicing a custom order based on factors such as weight of materials used and weight of packaging needed to ship a product. We make every attempt to keep shipping costs as low as possible.

Local Pick Up: At this time we do not offer Local Pick Up due to potential safety and security issues. While we would love to offer this service to our local community, Local Pick Up is just not feasible at this time. Crooked Tail Co. Couture

While Crooked Tail Co. Couture is part of Crooked Tail Co. Boutique, we decided to keep a separate turnaround time, from Crooked Tail Co. Boutique for certain products of our Crooked Tail Co. Couture Line. This is because there is very little to almost no personalization in these products, whereas Crooked Tail Co. Boutique Personalized Products have a lot more customer input involved in the design.

We strive to provide a happy, welcoming, kind experience with each order. If there is a problem, we want to know about the problem please reach out to us immeditaly with any problems. Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on READY TO SHIP products only, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We do NOT accept returns on SALE items.

We do NOT accept returns on GIFT CARDS.

We do NOT accept returns on PRE-ORDERS. Pre-Order items are often personalized items, we ask you to double check all spelling on personalized items to eliminate any mistakes. If the mistake was on our end by all means please reach out, and we will accept a return under this circumstance only for PRE-ORDER products.

We do NOT accept returns on Crooked Tail Co. Couture products, these products are handmade, custom orders, every last detail is discussed with the customer prior to completion to ensure you receiving exactly what you want. Crooked Tail Co. Couture is sized to fit the measurements you input when you place an order, the measurements we ask for ensure the product is tailored to you.


Damages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately through email at boutique@crookedtailco.com, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we are able to make things right for you our customer. We make every effort to ensure products arrive to you safely, from packaging in boxes to protect bows, and to utilizing protective sealable packaging for all clothing items.

Lost Package

We want you to receive your order, if an order is lost in shipping we will work with you, UPS, Fedex, and USPS, to not only make sure the item is found or replaced in a timely matter, but also hopefully elimate some of the stress of having a lost package. We do ask you to double check your address at the time of check out to ensure we are shipping your order to the correct address.
