After purchase you’ll receive a test kit from us in the mail, complete with a small envelope for your hair sample and a pre-paid, pre-addressed envelope to send your sample to our partner lab.

Once you mail your sample, your results should be ready in 2-3 weeks.

We receive your results from the lab and send you an email with your results and a link to book your 1-hour consultation session with us. Get excited! During your consult we’ll discuss our analysis of your results and present recommendations.
