My handmade cups are NOT dishwasher or microwave safe.

Hand wash only using mild soap and warm water.

Do not soak.

Do not scrub or use abrasive cleaners.

Do not touch your cup with chemicals on your hands, it may damage or discolor the outside.

Avoid extreme heat conditions.

Do not leave your cup in you car.

Avoid dropping, treat your cup like you would glass.

I am not responsible for damage related to improper care or handling.

Due to the nature of handmade items, small imperfections may occur. Because my workspace is not a sterile environment, stray pieces of glitter may find their way onto your cup. I will do everything I can, but sometimes this is unavoidable.

Each cup takes anywhere from 4-8 weeks to create once production begins if I do not have the desired cup in stock, add 2 weeks if I have to order. Please make sure you order accordingly. I will start working on your order as soon as it’s placed or has done as I get your blank cup in hand.
