Description
Labradorite is a relatively rare mineral, and is known for its distinctive ‘blue flash’ effect. It is a type of feldspar, and is composed of calcium, sodium, and aluminium silicate.
The ‘blue flash’ effect is caused by the refraction of light off the internal planes of the feldspar, and is only seen when the light hits the stone at a specific angle.
Labradorite is known as a “stone of transformation”.Â
It is believed to promote self-discovery and creative insight, encouraging one to move forward in life and become the best version of themselves. It is also thought to bring good luck and protection from negative energy.
The tulip is a symbol of eternal love and is said to be a declaration of love. It is also a symbol of perfect and deep love and a symbol of spring.Â
