Used by combat-trained medics. The M17 Medic Bag is a GI-style issued kit that folds out three ways for easy and quick access to all your first aid supplies. Combat Life Saver Bag NSN# 6545-01-596-0733

The M17 is a fully expandable, tri-fold carrier with multiple carry options. You can carry it with the reinforced nylon handle or add backpack straps and a sling for back and shoulder carry using the four backpack “D” rings. There are four heavy-duty steel “D” rings on the top and bottom used with the compression straps to keep the kit together and tight during transport.

Fully loaded measures 13.5” long by 10” wide and 16” tall. When unfolded to expose the interior compartments, the bag measures 36” long by 10” wide. Each of the six zipper compartments measures 9” long by 5.5” wide by 4” tall and have a rubberized bottom lining. The self-healing, nylon zippers are centered over the full length of each compartment. One 8x4x2 Velcro closure pocket is sewn onto the side of the center section and is ideal for holding a stethoscope or other frequently used item that requires fast access.

Shipping Policy

We will ship your order as soon as possible. Most orders typically ship within one to three business days; however, the availability of our stock is variable due to large government purchases and management of expiration dates to get our customers the latest inventory. If there will be an extended delay (greater than two weeks) on your order, we will notify you. The shipping method chosen is based on the date products are available to ship.

Domestic Shipping:

Our shipping methods vary in order to provide you with the quickest and most efficient experience. These can range from UPS or FedEx Ground, DHL, or USPS. Luminary only ships within the contiguous United States

Please note that most orders require 48 hours for processing and packaging and will arrive in 3 to 5 business days. This is not a shipping guarantee. Please contact us for expedited shipping if you need it sooner. Some items may need to be back-ordered, which could require up to two weeks for processing and packaging. Large or heavy orders will be subject to a shipping quote and may have to be delivered by truck on a pallet.

International Shipping:

Luminary only ships internationally for RFQ orders that are placed by the US Federal Government. Please contact us at 727-230-9112 or email at support@luminaryint.com and we will be able to provide you with a quote. Luminary does not ship internationally for orders processed on our website.

Refund Policy

Your business is important to us and our customer’s satisfaction is paramount.  We designed our policy so that is easy to understand and use if needed.  If you would like to make a return, take a look at our policies below. We want to make sure you’re completely happy with your purchase. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please contact us at returns@luminaryint.com or call us at 727-230-9112.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within one to two weeks. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of a few days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

If you are wondering what the status of your refund is please do the following:

  1. If you haven’t received a refund within two weeks, first check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@luminaryint.com

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

Luminary accepts return requests for items that are unopened, unused, with the original tags still intact. The product(s) must be in their original packaging, if applicable, in the same condition, it was received. If you wish to return your item, we must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item.

  • Exceptions: We do not accept returns for perishable items or gift cards. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email support@luminaryint.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps

  1. Please email returns@luminaryint.com within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.
  2. Ship the item back to us using the return shipping label we will provide you as outlined in the Return Shipping section below
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item as outlined in the Refunds section below your refund will be processed.

Return Shipping

After you’ve submitted a return request to returns@luminaryint.com , we will send you a PDF of a return shipping label. Please print it out and affix to your package.

  • Shipping Cost: You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
  • Shipping Insurance: If you’re shipping an item over $75, consider purchasing shipping insurance to ensure it arrives. We can’t guarantee that we’ll receive your item.
