March 2021 Flavors:
Lucky Cereal: cereal milk ganache with crushed rainbow marshmallow bits
Chocolate Covered Pretzel with Caramel: a ring of chocolate ganache, a dollop of our house made caramel sauce and hand dipped milk chocolate gluten free pretzel in our chocolatey macaron shells
Cherry Pi: honoring 3.14 day a cherry ganache made with dehydrated tart cherries and the syrup from amarena cherries with amarena cherry bits in the middle of our almond macaron shells.
Elderflower Passionfruit: Passionfruit ganache steeped with dried elderflower gives a tart and sweet wonderful tropical vibe as we start to jump into Spring with the spring equinox on the horizon.

Macarons are naturally gluten free, and we do not use any ingredients that have gluten. HOWEVER, because we bake out of a shared commercial kitchen we are not gluten-free certified. In our small batch environment, macarons may vary slightly in color and size but are always delicious!
