Domestic Shipping


Shipping and Handling Time


All orders are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, please allow for 2 additional days for processing and transit. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, e.g. three days or more, we will contact you via email or phone.

*You MUST contact Keri Ann Designs IMMEDIATELY if you need overnight or priority shipping as most items are made to order so these options may not be available for overnight shipping.  Please note that overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States. 


Delivery delays may occasionally occur, but tracking numbers and updates will be provided with every order. Feel free to contact us with any questions if your confirmation email doesn’t contain the information you need. 


Shipping To P.O. Boxes Or APO/FPO Addresses


We ship to all addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.


Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Keri Ann Designs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All tariffs, duties, taxes, and fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Damaged Products


Keri Ann Designs is not responsible or liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.


International Shipping

We currently only ship APO.  Please contact our customer support team if you need more information or have questions.

Refund Policy

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase [for any reason], we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 3 days of purchase for  an exchange or store credit.

To make a return:

  • Items must be [unopened/unused/unworn]
  • Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
  • You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of clearance or custom items. 

To return a product, please contact us immediately. Send the product back to us via mail or shipping company, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, along with a restocking fee of $5.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns

Custom Orders

  • Custom made orders are NON REFUNDABLE. If the item(s) arrive damaged, you have 5 days after receiving the item to contact me for a new one. Proof of damaged item must be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

Everything Else: 

  • Non-Custom orders have a 10 day return policy starting from the day it was received. The buyer is responsible for shipping item back if a full refund is requested. 
  • If the item ARRIVES damaged. Proof of damaged item must be provided. NO EXCEPTIONS. You will then receive a replacement. 

Cancellations: 

  • You have 24 hours to cancel your order for a full refund 
  • If you cancel after 24 hours, no refund.
