You will receive a tracking number within 5-7 days from the day your order is placed.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

While we cannot guarantee delivery times and dates, we hope the information below helps:

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Our typical processing time is 48 hours. However, during busy seasons, we ask that you allow 1-3 business days for processing. 

Shipping is depending upon selection made during checkout.

Processing and shipping times may vary due to busy seasons and product launches. Shipping carriers will also transfer items between each other (i.e. UPS to USPS), in which this may also cause a delay in arrival.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS PLEASE NOTE:

  • Please allow additional processing and delivery time, as these packages will need to go through customs, and shipping times will vary.
  • The customer is responsible for all duties and customs, as these vary from country to country. Please contact your customs office in regards to duties, customs, taxes, etc.
  • Once your order leaves our warehouse, it may take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for your shipment to arrive, depending on where you live and your country's custom's policies.

*Please note that International orders do not qualify for free shipping at this time.*

Refund Policy

If you are considering a refund or return, you likely ordered a product from us. Which means we owe you a “Thank you”! Nothing makes us happier than creating happy Pearls and Fern Paper customers.

As much as we promise to deliver an amazing product and outstanding customer service experience, sometimes things don’t go as planned. That being said, there are a few things we want you to know:

  • You may cancel your order at any time BEFORE shipment.
  • All sales are FINAL, except for items that have been damaged or any defective materials.
  • If you item is damaged or defective, we can provide you with a new item or issue you a refund. Refunds for returned items will be applied to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase.  Credit will be issued within 10 days of the date that the return is accepted by our Warehouse Team. Please pack your shipment securely and return it to us via UPS or insured mail for your protection.  All returns must be shipped to us freight prepaid as shipping costs are non-refundable.
