Dumbbells are 6 inches long and 2 inches wide, filled with poly-fill stuffing. Upgrade the dumbbells to rattles! If upgrading to rattle dumbbells a rattle insert will be added to each end of the dumbbells.
Sweatband is 14 inches around.
Hand wash the dumbbells and lay out to dry, so they keep their shape.
Sweatband may be machine washed on gentle cool setting, hand washing is preferred. Lay flat to dry.
