Shipping Policy

Shipping

Verde Love Co items are shipped via US Postal Service or UPS. All our products are prepared and shipped from the United States. Once you place your order, it will
take us about 1-2 days to prepare your package for shipment and send it
on its way.

*International shipping is not yet available.

Tracking Your Order

All orders come with trackable shipping. You will receive a shipment
notification email once your order has been shipped and included in
that email will be your tracking link.

Refund Policy

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Rejections will only occur if there is damage
to the item.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within 5-10 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Returns 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

To
be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Please do not send your purchase back to us without first notifying our support team at verdeloveco@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only
replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at verdeloveco@gmail.com and we will assist you from there.
