Shipping Policy
Shipping fees are included in purchases made on Spouse-ly.Â
When placing an order for the current month's box or a 3-month or 6-month bundle, boxes will ship by the 10th of the month. For example, if you purchase a box on May 15th, you will receive the June Box by June 10th. When your box ships, you will receive a tracking number.Â
If you purchase the MilSO Surprise Box, your order will ship within 2 business days.
Refund Policy
We don't offer refunds on boxes, but do want to make sure that it is right and that you enjoy your purchase. If there is an issue with any of the items in your box, please let us know and we will work with you to fix it the best we can. You can email us at contact@milsobox.com.
