A mock-up will be made and sent for customer to approve before any work is started on the sign to ensure that the sign will be made to your exact specifications. 

Each sign is handmade with wood, mocha-stained wood trim, paint, premium vinyl, and a polycrylic coating. Each sign is handmade, therefore no two signs will be exactly the same. Wood has natural imperfections such as knots and different grain pattens so some pieces can take on a slightly different appearance than others. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your sign to ship out. It takes time and love to make such a special piece for you!
