Each wallet is individually laser engraved by BourbonSmoke Woodworking to create a functional everyday carry piece that also makes a memorable personalized gift.

Because every piece of wood has its own grain pattern and coloring, no two wallets will look exactly alike.

CUSTOMIZATION:

Enter your requested personalization when ordering. For custom artwork, handwriting, or logos, please provide a clear, high-resolution image. Designs may need to be simplified or adjusted to produce the best result when laser engraved.

LOGO & TRADEMARK POLICY:

Customer-provided artwork must be owned by the customer or used with proper authorization. BourbonSmoke Woodworking will not reproduce trademarked, copyrighted, licensed, military, corporate, sports-team, or other protected logos or artwork without appropriate authorization. Orders containing unauthorized protected artwork may be declined or require an alternate design.

PLEASE NOTE:

Wood is a natural material. Grain, color, engraving depth, and contrast will vary slightly from wallet to wallet. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique.

Personalized products are made specifically for you, so please double-check all names, dates, coordinates, spelling, and punctuation before submitting your order.

*Additional design preparation may be required for certain customer-supplied artwork or handwriting.

Shipping Policy

Each individual item listing gives an estimated shipping time. Due to the custom nature of each order, some items can take 1-2 weeks to create and then ship. Items that I have on hand will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please consult each listing to see approximate shipping time.

I will also try to recycle some shipping materials if I can to pad fragile items because I feel it’s important to reduce, reuse, and recycle where I can.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping items for a return.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders as I will be in contact with you during the design and creation process to make sure you are happy with your custom item.

If an item is damaged in shipped by the shipping provider, please send me a message as soon as possible with pictures.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have approved your design.

Non-custom items can be exchanged provide the item is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping in returns or exchanges.
