Pvt. Cowboy was the nickname Gunnery Sergeant Hartman (Full Metal Jacket) gave to a Marine recruit who was from Texas. Gysgt. Hartman only thought that two things come from Texas, but he was wrong. He forgot the Texas pecans! This coffee will take you to the place where we have big skies and wide open spaces. As you drink this coffee, you’ll be reminded of the famous Texas springs and summers, when the cicadas and crickets sing like little doggies. Feel free to grind these beans to the consistency you need, and brew them hot or cold just the way you like, because you can’t go wrong either way.
