Morgan is the spouse of a current full-time Virginia Army National Guardsman. This has allowed Morgan to stay put and grow to know the RVA area well while still experiencing the unique life that comes with being a military family. Relatability is so important, and that’s what she is all about.

Morgan has been a licensed Realtor since 2017. A majority of her clients have been veterans or military by way of referral and also has worked with many clients operating under a VA loan. Morgan also provides transaction coordination services for a fellow agent. So, even when she is not working her own deal, she is continuously working within the market. 

She works under the brokerage of Hometown Realty Services and shares her information under her brand, Byrd House and Nest.
