Facts about the ingredients-

-Dried Chamomile is also known for being a carminative, anti-spasmodic, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and a vulnerary. Chamomile works wonders on calming as well as relieving muscular cramps.

-Dried Lavender is the holy grail of medicinal herbs because it is a nervine, carminative, anti-spasmodic and a anti-depressant. Lavender is known for being soothing, calming, relaxing, eases nervous tension, headaches, lifts mood and promotes sleep.

-Dead Sea Salt used for skin irritations, sore muscles or as a gentle exfoliant. This salt combined with epsom salt gives muscles an extra boost in relieving soreness.

-Dendritic Salt is a salt that acts as a natural preservative and locks essential oils as well as coconut oil in the salt. Another function for this salt is to keep your bath tea from clumping.

-Coconut oil used as a carrier oil to dilute the Lavender essential oil, also used to nourish the skin.

All of my bath teas come with a reusable muslin bag that you can put the bath tea in. You can place the filled muslin bag in the bath or hang from the faucet as the bath tub fills.
