If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is nothing Mightea LLC is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the shipping carrier if you are experiencing difficulties with your delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may exchange it or receive a refund. All returns must be posted within seven days of the received date. All returned/refunded items must be unopened and unused unless otherwise agreed upon.After receiving the return, please allow us at least 21 days to issue a refund.
