Upload 3 of your favorite photos (solo portraits, siblings together, milestones, everyday moments, etc), and create a keepsake you’ll treasure long after April ends.

Photo Submission Instructions

After placing your order, please email three high-quality photos along with your Spouse-ly order number to: katie@loveandletteringbykatie.com

For the best final result:

Photos should be clear, well-lit, and in focus
Please avoid screenshots, low-resolution files, or heavily filtered images
Vertical or horizontal photos are both welcome; images will be cropped as needed to fit the photo strip format

Orders will not be started until photos are received. If submitted images are not suitable for printing, you may be contacted to provide replacements.

Shipping Policy

Each individual item listing gives an estimated shipping time. Due to the custom nature of each order, some items can take 1-2 weeks to create and then ship. Items that I have on hand will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Please consult each listing to see approximate shipping time. Please note that shipping times will be longer when shipping APO.

I will also try to recycle some shipping materials if I can to pad fragile items because I feel it’s important to reduce, reuse, and recycle where I can.

Refund Policy

Refunds can be issued on non-custom orders provided that the item is returned without damage and in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping items for a return.

There are no refunds or exchanges on custom orders as I will be in contact with you during the design and creation process to make sure you are happy with your custom item.

If an item is damaged in shipped by the shipping provider, please send me a message as soon as possible with pictures.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of initial placement with no fee.

Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once you have approved your design.

Non-custom items such as stickers can be exchanged provide the item is not damaged and is returned in its original packaging. Buyer is responsible for shipping in returns or exchanges.
