Shipping Policy

Orders placed will take one to three business days to ship out. Orders will be sent by USPS Priority or USPS Ground Advantage and will usually arrive within 2-5 days.

Refund Policy

At this time refunds will depend on the customers case. All herbal bath and body products may not be returned due to sanitary reasons. All clearance items are a final sale and will also not be returnable.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Please reach out if there is an error with your order or if something arrives broken. You must respond within 3 days upon arrival of merchandise. As temperatures fluctuate with the seasons I'll try my best to package your orders to where the wax melts or candles don't arrive melted. My products are made with all natural waxes, butters and oils so please keep in mind something may arrive slightly melted due to its ingredients and know that the quality of these items will still function properly. Please reach out if the merchandise is beyond functionable!
